All program staff have completed COVID-19 Hygiene Best Practices (EHS-2470-WEB).
Students will be required to view the “COVID-19 Hygiene Best Practices” available at https://vimeo.com/414125512 (Password: sU!Bjybh) prior to program start.
Participants will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test (rapid antigen or PCR) taken within 36 hours of their first day on-site. For participants who are not able to complete this, we will have rapid antigen tests available for participants to administer upon arrival.
Visitors and non-Stanford affiliates who test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of being onsite must notify program administrators (Adrienne Mueller or Micaela Harris) and their lab mentor as soon as possible, and also complete the General COVID-19 Case Reporting Form.
Students in this program will be asked to self-isolate in their residence until they can return home or be transferred to the care of another responsible person. Students residing on campus will follow policies established by Stanford Conference Services for temporarily isolating.
