Parking on Campus

For BMI and many of the Stanford labs, the best parking area is the Stock Farm garage and parking lot. A C-class parking permit costs $35/month.

Biking on Campus

Biking is a very popular commuting option on Stanford’s campus. There is an abundance of bike racks around campus for locking. Students are encouraged to securely lock their bikes with 1-2 locks as bike/bike part theft is not uncommon.

There is a University-affiliated bike store on campus to purchase and rent a bike, as well as receive necessary maintenance treatments. There are additional shops and stores with more affordable options within a few mile radius of campus as well.
