In order to park on campus, parking permits must be purchased. Parking permits at Stanford are categorized into the following categories: A, C, and MC for commuters. You can either purchase a daily permit or a longterm permit. We have calculated that if you are coming onto campus at least four times a month, it is cheaper to buy the longterm pass. The below website is a great resource for all things Stanford Transportation, including parking, parking permits, and where to purchase them.
